How long does my order take to arrive?

Orders with available stock are prepared and shipped within 24-48 working hours to mainland Spain. For all other destinations, see the estimated delivery time on our Shipping & Delivery page. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders of €50 or more shipped to mainland Spain and on orders of €200 or more shipped to the rest of the European Union. For other destinations and order values, the rates are on our Shipping & Delivery page and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes: we ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, the United States, Mexico and the Gulf countries. Orders within the European Union do not go through customs. Destinations outside the European Union may be subject to VAT and import duties collected by customs upon delivery, payable by the customer. Rates and delivery times for each destination are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Which racket is right for me: the ELITE 12K or the PASSION 3K?

Both are made in Spain and share a 3D surface, EVA Soft core and anti-vibration system. The difference is in their character: the ELITE 12K has a high balance and 12K carbon — more power and inertia for an attacking game — while the PASSION 3K has a low balance and 3K carbon — more manoeuvrable and faster at the net, ideal if you prioritise control and reaction.

What sizes does the clothing come in?

Our dresses and sets are available from S to XL. If you are unsure between two sizes, write to us at direccion@padelisima.com and we will help you with the measurements of each garment.

Can I return my order?

Yes. As with any distance purchase, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Write to us at direccion@padelisima.com with your order number and we will guide you through the steps.

What does “Sold out and coming back” mean?

It means the product sold out its first edition and the restock is confirmed. You can reserve yours now: the product page shows the estimated shipping date, and orders are prepared in order of arrival.
