Shipping policy

At PADELISIMA we take as much care over every delivery as we do over every design. Here you will find the shipping costs, delivery times and conditions for your destination.

Spain

  • Mainland Spain: free shipping on orders of €50 or more. For smaller orders, €5.50. Orders with available stock leave our warehouse within 24-48 working hours.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €7.50. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, local taxes and customs formalities may apply on delivery.

International shipping

  • European Union: free shipping on orders of €200 or more. For smaller orders, €8.99. Estimated delivery: 3-6 working days. No customs or import charges. Optional express shipping: €19.
  • United Kingdom: €14.99. Estimated delivery: 3-6 working days.
  • Switzerland and Ukraine: €34.99.
  • United States: €29.99. Estimated delivery: 4-7 working days.
  • Mexico: €59.99.
  • United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: €99.99. Estimated delivery: 3-6 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local holidays or carrier incidents. Amounts are in euros; if you shop in another currency, you will see the equivalent at checkout. The shipping cost for your order is always shown before you confirm payment.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery at any time.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, United States, Mexico and the Gulf countries) may be subject to VAT and import duties, which the customs authority of the destination country collects on delivery. These charges depend on each country, are not included in the order price or the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility. If your order incurs them, the carrier will contact you to pay them before delivery.

Products on restock

Products labelled “Sold out and coming back” can be reserved before the new edition arrives. The estimated shipping date is shown on each product page, and reservations are prepared in order of arrival.
